One Excelr directing agents. A product in weeks.

You are not hiring a pile of freelancers to manage. One Excelr works in your repo and your tools, directs the AI agents, and owns the result.

1

Your stack, your repo

They join your Slack, Jira, and repo on day one. Excelrs does not take the product away from you.

2

Pay for the hours worked

A weekly statement, not a fixed-price bet that dies in the second revision.

3

Same tools, a person who stays

We built EmployeeApp this way: from idea to live in one week, with the same tools your Excelr will use.

What you get

Directs the agents

They review what the agents write and own what ships. You are not managing prompts.

Your tools, day one

Slack, Jira, and the repo you already use. The product stays in your account.

Features, not a side project

The work is your backlog. Excelrs does not build a parallel product and hand it over later.

A weekly look

Hours and a work log on your dashboard. Add a seat or stop any week.

Excelrs on the bench

People, not a search box.

Full-stack, mobile, backend, and AI. Tell us what you are building, and we match the right Excelr to it.

How it works

From request to first ticket.

1

Tell us the product

Stack, repo if you have one, and what the next month needs to ship.

2

We reply with one person

A name, a fit, and a start date. Not a shortlist to interview.

3

They take the first ticket

Access to Slack, Jira, and the repo. NDA first if you want it. Work starts in your codebase.

4

Weekly, on your dashboard

Hours × rate and the work log. Change the seat or stop any week.

Where the work happens

Remote to you. One floor to each other.

Excelrs work from one office in India. The Excelr on your seat has a senior in the next chair, not a support ticket.

FAQ

What a CTO asks before the first call.

Do I manage the AI tools, or do they?
They do. Cursor, Claude, and agents are how the seat works. You manage the person and the backlog, not the prompts.
Can they work in a codebase we already have?
Yes. Most seats start inside a repo that is already live. A new product is the same offer, on a repo we open in your account.
What stack?
The one you are on. Web, mobile, and the usual cloud. If it is a poor fit we say so in the reply, before anyone starts.
How is this different from Upwork or Toptal?
Those are search boxes over strangers. Excelrs is one bench we trained, tested in hackathons, and already ship products with. You send one request; we match one person and stay accountable for the seat. If it is not working, the seat changes — your project does not restart.
Who owns the code?
You do. Work happens in your repository from the first commit. Excelrs never holds the product hostage in an agency account.
How do you bill?
Hours times rate, per seat, with a weekly statement and work log you can open from your dashboard. There is no fixed-price quote, so a change in scope is a conversation, not a renegotiation.
What if it is not working?
Stop any week. Or ask for a different Excelr and we change the seat. Nothing is locked in for a quarter.
What about time zones?
The team is in India. Each seat keeps a daily overlap window with your hours, US or UK, agreed before the first day. Async work carries the rest.
Do your developers use AI coding tools?
Yes: Cursor, Claude, and agents, the same tools you may have built the prototype with. The difference is one Excelr directs them, reviews the output, and owns what ships. You get accountability, not another prompt.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any repository access if you ask for it.
Where are you?
Lawazia Tech Private Limited, Dumka, Jharkhand, India. Excelrs is its training and hiring platform. The engineers you meet here trained, competed, and shipped inside that company.
Can I start with one person?
Yes. Most clients do. Add seats later from the same dashboard.
