It is live. It is breaking. Users are on it.

Rescue is the first days: what is failing, what is unsafe, and a path that stays up. Cleanup was before launch. This is after.

1

Stop the damage

Errors, auth holes, and a deploy that keeps falling over. That is the first work, in that order.

2

Then stay

The same person stays on the repo after the fire. This is not a one-off patch and a goodbye.

3

Proven on our own products

We built EmployeeApp this way: from idea to live in one week, with the same tools your Excelr will use.

Vibe code rescue

What rescue covers

What is failing

Errors, a deploy that falls over, a path users cannot finish. Named in the first days, not after a discovery phase.

The unsafe parts first

Auth holes and data exposure get closed before more users hit them.

A deploy that stays up

The immediate goal is the app staying up, not a redesign.

The same person after

Rescue is not a patch and a goodbye. The seat can stay once the fire is out.

Excelrs on the bench

People, not a search box.

Full-stack, mobile, backend, and AI. Tell us what you are building, and we match the right Excelr to it.

How it works

From request to first ticket.

1

Tell us what is breaking

What users see, how many are on it, and the repo. Urgency belongs in the request.

2

We reply with who starts

A name and a start date. Rescue does not wait on a proposal cycle.

3

Uptime and safety first

In your repo, in that order. Features wait until the app stays up.

4

Then the weekly seat

If you want them to stay, it becomes hours × rate like any other seat. Stop any week.

Where the work happens

Remote to you. One floor to each other.

Excelrs work from one office in India. The Excelr on your seat has a senior in the next chair, not a support ticket.

FAQ

What a CTO asks before the first call.

Can you start while users are on it?
Yes. That is the point. The first work is done against the live app, carefully, in your repo.
Is this the same as cleanup?
No. Cleanup is before anyone is using it. Rescue is the app already live and something failing. If you have not launched, use cleanup.
What if it needs a rebuild?
We say so, in writing, once we have seen it. You decide. We do not quietly turn a rescue into a new build.
How is this different from Upwork or Toptal?
Those are search boxes over strangers. Excelrs is one bench we trained, tested in hackathons, and already ship products with. You send one request; we match one person and stay accountable for the seat. If it is not working, the seat changes — your project does not restart.
Who owns the code?
You do. Work happens in your repository from the first commit. Excelrs never holds the product hostage in an agency account.
How do you bill?
Hours times rate, per seat, with a weekly statement and work log you can open from your dashboard. There is no fixed-price quote, so a change in scope is a conversation, not a renegotiation.
What if it is not working?
Stop any week. Or ask for a different Excelr and we change the seat. Nothing is locked in for a quarter.
What about time zones?
The team is in India. Each seat keeps a daily overlap window with your hours, US or UK, agreed before the first day. Async work carries the rest.
Do your developers use AI coding tools?
Yes: Cursor, Claude, and agents, the same tools you may have built the prototype with. The difference is one Excelr directs them, reviews the output, and owns what ships. You get accountability, not another prompt.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any repository access if you ask for it.
Where are you?
Lawazia Tech Private Limited, Dumka, Jharkhand, India. Excelrs is its training and hiring platform. The engineers you meet here trained, competed, and shipped inside that company.
Can I start with one person?
Yes. Most clients do. Add seats later from the same dashboard.
