Meta tags explained

charset: tells the browser to use Unicode text.
viewport: makes the page scale correctly on phones.
description: short summary shown by search engines.
keywords: basic topic words for the page.
og:title, og:description, og:image, og:url, and og:site_name: used for social preview when the page is shared.
twitter:title, twitter:description, and twitter:image: used for Twitter preview cards.
