Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase with Excelrs. We want to ensure you have the best experience with our courses and services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Return & Refund Policy

  1. Refund Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The course must be unused and no significant progress must have been made.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Your course or service must be:
    • Unused with no video lectures watched
    • In the original condition
    • With proof of purchase
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  4. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days after approval.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certificates downloaded or earned
    • Courses with more than 30% progress
    • Discounted or promotional purchases after 24 hours

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. Course Cancellation: You can cancel a course enrollment within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Refund on Cancellation: Refunds on cancellation follow the same policy as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy section above.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Excelrs account and navigate to "My Learning" or "My Purchases"
  2. Find the course or service you wish to refund
  3. Click on "Request Refund" and provide the reason
  4. Submit your request
  5. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

4. Special Circumstances

In special circumstances such as technical issues, course unavailability, or instructor cancellation, Excelrs reserves the right to offer full refunds even outside the standard refund window.

5. Payment Gateway Issues

If you encounter any issues with payment processing through Razorpay, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and processing appropriate refunds if necessary.

6. Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged twice for the same course, please contact us immediately at info@excelrs.dev with your transaction details. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 2-3 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

Excelrs reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
