Program Overview
Welcome to the Excelrs Career Launchpad Program – your pathway from learning to earning.
- Paid training + internship pathway, with real-world project experience
- Duration: 2 months (average, can extend if required)
- Fee: ₹10,000 / month
- Format: Project-based learning with training support
- Outcome: Certificate, live project portfolio, stipend internship (₹8k–₹15k/month)
Program Structure
- Assigned an industry-grade project from Day 1
- Tasks: setup → coding → testing → deployment
- Training support (recorded + live mentoring) for each step
- Focus: Building your project & applying industry tools (Git, CI/CD, Cloud)
- Based on performance in Phase 1
- Opportunity to work on live Lawazia Tech projects
- Stipend: ₹8,000–₹15,000 per month
Phase 1 – Detailed Roadmap (Month 1)
- Onboarding session + tools installation
- Create first project repo on GitHub
- Project setup (React/Node/Angular etc.)
- Intro to Git basics (clone, commit, push, branch)
- Build authentication (Login/Signup)
- Learn reusable components (UI design basics)
- API integration (fetch data, error handling)
- Recorded + live support for JS/React/Node basics
- Build main module (e.g., Dashboard, Product List, or Case Submission)
- Apply state management (Redux/Context)
- Work with real API (create, update, delete data)
- Code reviews + debugging support
- Write basic unit tests
- Fix bugs + code quality checks
- Deploy project to Cloud (Firebase / Vercel / AWS / GCP)
- Document README + setup guide
Payment Details
- Fee: ₹10,000 per month (Phase 1)
- Mode: UPI - excelrs@jio
- When to Pay: Before program start
Conditions
- This is a paid training program. No stipend is provided in Phase 1.
- Internship stipends are performance-based.
- Average duration is 2 months, but may extend if tasks are incomplete.
- Fees are non-refundable after the program starts.
